Drove project from concept to full Web application supporting 35K users in the Division of Administration and handling $4M in annual spend. Eliminated the need to promote individual web forms across environments and delivered an armor-plated solution with 0 security breaches. Role eliminated due to retirement of the ITSM platform. 

Solopreneur of software startup; placed Top 5% globally (1,100+ entries) in MIT SOLVE 2022 challenge. Built a searchable metabase of documents for a client focused on toxic exposure in veterans. Currently inactive.

Designed and deployed K2 solutions used by 1,200+ users across clients in industries ranging from broadcast media to maritime shipping. Reduced critical process approval times by 80% by implementing automated workflows and SmartForms. Role eliminated due to COVID.

Revived a mission-critical BPM system used by executive leadership through K2 with SharePoint integration, reducing maintenance effort by 67% and MTTR by 30% via an ORM database. Role concluded due to strategic process change.

Implemented K2 code reviews, doubling C-suite visibilityinto task progress.  Developed an ORM database to boost MTTR. Corrected 200,000 database records using PowerShell, SQL, and a custom K2 workflow. Evaluated K2 Five for enterprise adoption. Role eliminated during workforce reduction preceding company sale.

Led a K2 team delivering an automated DoD contract receipt and review system processing 1,200 contracts for 9,000 users daily. Designed 100% reliable workflows and co-authored a K2 white paper influencing $3M+in infrastructure investments. Held SECRET clearance; earned DoD IAT I & II credentials. Role eliminated during workforce reduction. 

Provided training for 20 developers across three states on K2 Core and SmartForms. Integrated third-party services into best-practice BPM and created code documentation templates now used across all future K2 projects. Departed for a new opportunity.
